Honey-Ginger Pear Trifle Recipe

  1. Place cream in a medium bowl and whisk until stiff peaks form, about 3 minutes.
  2. Add yogurt and brown sugar and whisk to combine; place in the refrigerator.
  3. Peel, core, and chop the pear into small dice, then place in a small bowl.
  4. Add honey, lemon juice, and ginger and stir to combine.
  5. Assemble the trifles using 2 (4-ounce) glasses.
  6. Spoon 2 tablespoons of the yogurt mixture into the bottom of each glass.
  7. Top each with 1 tablespoon of the graham crackers, then 2 tablespoons of the pear mixture.
  8. Repeat to make 2 complete layers in each glass.
  9. Serve.
