Peanut Butter-Double Chocolate Chunk-Pecan Cookies

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Mix first 3 ingredients until blended.
  3. Beat peanut butter, butter and sugars in large bowl with mixer 4 min.
  4. or until very creamy.
  5. Add egg and vanilla; beat 3 min.
  6. or until fluffy.
  7. Stir in flour mixture until blended.
  8. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  9. Drop heaping tablespoonfuls of dough, about 1 inch apart, onto baking sheets; press lightly to flatten to 2-inch diameter.
  10. Bake 9 to 10 min.
  11. or until lightly browned.
  12. (Do not overbake.)
  13. Cool on baking sheets 5 min.
  14. Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
