Grilled Crab Cakes

  1. Mix crabmeat, mayo, egg, crackers and onion in medium bowl.
  2. Shape mixture into 8 patties (about 1/4 cup each).
  3. Refrigerate 2 hours.
  4. Preheat greased grill to medium heat.
  5. Place patties on grill.
  6. Grill 3 to 4 min.
  7. each side or until firm and golden brown.
  8. Serve with dressing.
