Grilled Crab Cakes
- 2 cans (6 oz. each) crabmeat, well drained, flaked
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 20 RITZ Crackers, finely crushed
- 2 Tbsp. chopped green onion
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Thousand Island Dressing
- Mix crabmeat, mayo, egg, crackers and onion in medium bowl.
- Shape mixture into 8 patties (about 1/4 cup each).
- Refrigerate 2 hours.
- Preheat greased grill to medium heat.
- Place patties on grill.
- Grill 3 to 4 min.
- each side or until firm and golden brown.
- Serve with dressing.
