Glazed Strawberry Pie Recipe

• 2/3 c. sugar
• 2 tbsp. cornstarch
• 1 c. water
• 3 tbsp. strawberry-flavored gelatin
• 1 quart. strawberries, fresh
• 1 (9 inch) baked pie shell

1. In a small saucepan, combine sugar and cornstarch.
2. Add in corn syrup and water.
3. Bring mix to a boil and cook, stirring constantly till mix is thick and clear.
4. Add in gelatin, stirring till dissolved.
5. Cold.
6. Rinse and hull strawberries.
7. Halve or possibly quarter large berries.
8. Place strawberries in pie shell.
9. Pour in gelatin mix, chill.
