Meatball Sub Casserole

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly grease 8x8 in baking dish or line with foil.
  2. Line the bottom of baking dish with biscuits.
  3. Sprinkle biscuits with garlic powder and Parmesan cheese.
  4. Bake biscuits for 5-8 minutes or until somewhat firm.
  5. Remove from oven.
  6. Place meatballs on top of biscuits.
  7. Cover with sauce, followed by mozzarella cheese.
  8. Bake an additional 10-15 minutes or until cooked thoroughly and cheese is melted.
