Meatball Sub Casserole
- 9 whole Refrigerator Biscuits
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 2 Tablespoons Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 9 whole Meatballs, Homemade Or Frozen
- 1- 1/2 cup Spaghetti Sauce
- 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly grease 8x8 in baking dish or line with foil.
- Line the bottom of baking dish with biscuits.
- Sprinkle biscuits with garlic powder and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake biscuits for 5-8 minutes or until somewhat firm.
- Remove from oven.
- Place meatballs on top of biscuits.
- Cover with sauce, followed by mozzarella cheese.
- Bake an additional 10-15 minutes or until cooked thoroughly and cheese is melted.
