Kanya's fish rolls
- 300 grams fish fillets , diced
- 1 bunch spring onion,chopped
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 150 grams cabbage shredded
- 1 tsp black peppers
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp sriracha hot sauce
- 1 oil,only little
- 2 clove crushed garlic
- 15 spring rolls wrappers ,or more depend on what size you make
- On fry pan over medium heat,brown garlic ..follow with diced fish ,cook for 2 mins
- Add cabbage ,seasoning ,let all cook more 5 mins ,add chopped spring onion ,heat off let it cool
- Wrap fish roll ,add about half tbsp of filling ..roll it tiny as you can ..see step how to roll from my other recipe ,attached here ...repeat until finish all
- Springkel the rolls with black sesame before deep fry ,or fry in pan on medium heat until golden ..serve hot with thai chilli sauce
