Moany Pineapple Chicken
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 can (1-1/4 lb.) pineapple chunks, drained, juice reserved
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp. mustard
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. lime juice
- 1 tsp. red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 tsp. rosemary
- Broil chick until lightly browned.
- Drain pineapple, reserving juice.
- Combine juice with garlic, cornstarch, worcestershire sauce, mustard, rosemary, lemon juice, lime juice and red pepper in small bowl.
- Arrange chicken in a shallow casserole dish.
- Spinkle with salt.
- Pour sauce over chicken.
- Bake at 400F for 35 minutes.
- Spoon pineapple over chicken.
- Bake 5 minutes longer.
