Sweet Pistachio Twists

  1. Combine pistachios, honey, lemon juice, cinnamon and cloves.
  2. Unfold puff pastry, roll 18 inch thick into a 12 inch square.
  3. Cut pastry in half; brush with melted butter.
  4. Spread pistachio filling over 1/2 of each pastry length- wise; fold unspread half of pastry over filling, press down.
  5. Using sharp knife, cut into 3 x 3 3/4 inch strips.
  6. Twist strips; place on baking sheet.
  7. Bake at 350F (180C).
  8. for 15 to 20 minutes, or until lightly browned.
