Berry Tea Fizz Recipe

  1. Process raspberries in a blender, stopping to scrape down sides.
  2. Pour puree through a fine wire-mesh strainer into a large container, discarding seeds.
  3. Set puree aside.
  4. Pour 1 qt boiling water over tea bags; cover and steep 5 min.
  5. Remove tea bags with a slotted spoon, squeezing gently.
  6. Stir in sugar till dissolved.
  7. Stir in limeade concentrate and raspberry puree; chill.
  8. Stir in soft drink, and serve immediately over ice.
  9. This recipe yields about 4 qts.
  10. Yield: 4 qts
