Affogato

• 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
• 1 shot freshly brewed espresso
• Chocolate-covered almonds, for topping

1. Add the ice cream to a glass.
2. Pour over the espresso and top with the chocolate-covered almonds.
3. Serve immediately.
