Green on Green

• 1 lb sugar snap pea (sliced diagonally)
• 1 lb asparagus
• 12 lb snow peas
• 34 lb green peas
• 1 bunch green onion, 2-inch lengths
• 34 cup artichoke pesto
• 1 bunch chives, 3-inch lengths
• 1 lb small green beans, 2-inch lengths

1. Choose 3 veggies + green onions.
2. Steam each separately until crisp-tender.
3. Combine in a large bowl and drizzle on Artichoke Pesto.
4. Toss to combine.
5. Top with chives.
