Easy Chocolate Whoopie Pancakes

  1. Stir first 4 ingredients in small bowl with whisk until blended.
  2. Whisk egg, buttermilk and oil in medium bowl until blended.
  3. Stir in flour mixture just until blended.
  4. (Do not overmix.)
  5. Ladle batter onto hot griddle or into hot skillet sprayed with cooking spray, using about 2 Tbsp.
  6. batter for each pancake.
  7. Cook 2 to 3 min.
  8. or until bubbles form on tops, then turn to brown other sides.
  9. Transfer to parchment-covered rimmed baking sheet.
  10. Repeat with remaining batter to make a total of 24 pancakes.
  11. Spread 12 pancakes with cream cheese product; cover with remaining pancakes, pressing gently into cream cheese to secure.
