Braised Red Cabbage

  1. In 12-inch skillet, heat oil on medium-high.
  2. Add red cabbage and salt.
  3. Cook 2 minutes, stirring.
  4. Add cider and apple cider vinegar.
  5. Heat to boiling.
  6. Cover; simmer on medium-low 20 minutes or until tender.
  7. Stir in capers.
