Chicken N Stuffing Recipe
- 1 (3-4 lb.) chicken, boiled and deboned
- 1 box Stove Top type stuffing, prepared
- 1 sm. lowfat sour cream
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- Place chicken on bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan.
- Spread stuffing on top of chicken.
- Mix lowfat sour cream and soup together and pour over stuffing.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
- Can be made ahead and chilled.
- If cool, allow more baking time.
