Best Taco Salad on Earth

• 1 lb ground beef
• 1 can kidney beans
• 1/2 lb cheddar cheese
• 1 head of iceberg lettuce
• 2 roma tomatoes
• 1 large white onion
• 1 cup catalina dressing
• 1 cup red salsa
• 1 11 oz bag of tortilla chips

1. Brown beef and drain while heating kidney beans
2. Dice tomatoes and onion, chop lettuce and shred cheese.
3. Then place all chopped and diced ingredients in large bowl and mix with salsa, dressing, meat and beans.
4. Serve with tortilla chips either to dip or crush over salad.
5. I prefer dipping.
