Mango Mousse

  1. Keep some mango slices for decoration, puree the rest.
  2. Add lemon juice and sugar.
  3. Sprinkle gelatin over hot water, add to mango puree.
  4. Fold cream into mango puree.
  5. Spoon into small bowls, refrigerate until set.
  6. Decorate with mango slices.
