Healthy Oat Bars
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 1/2 cup Unsweet Applesauce
- 1 tsp Honey
- 1/4 cup Sugar, scant
- 3/4 cup Quick oats, heaping
- 1/3 cup Flour
- 1/4 tsp Baking Powder, heaping
- 1 dash Cinnamon
- 1 dash Vanilla
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Grease a 9x9 square or a pie pan and add mixture.
- Bake for 30 min.
- Remove from oven and let cool.
- If you want them a little less moist decrease the applesauce.
