1-Pot Pasta
- 1 pound Penne Pasta (or Any Pasta Of Your Choice)
- 4 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1/2 cups Olive Oil
- 1/4 cups Dry White Wine
- 1 whole Lemon, Juiced
- 1/4 Tablespoons Garlic Powder
- 1/4 Tablespoons Black Pepper
- 1/4 Tablespoons Dried Basil
- 1 cup Fresh Basil, Chopped
- Boil a pot of water and cook your pasta according to package instructions for al dente.
- Drain pasta in a colander then return it to the same pot now on medium heat.
- Add your minced garlic and olive oil and toss around until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Add the white wine, lemon juice, garlic powder, black pepper, and dried basil.
- Mix everything until combined, then let it sit for 2-3 minutes stirring occasionally.
- Add in your fresh basil and give it one final toss.
- Transfer to a serving plate and enjoy!
