Skinny Breakfast B.L.T. + A.

  1. Toss bread in the toaster.
  2. While the bread is toasting spray a pan and cook the egg whites.
  3. When cooked,add cheese slice on top to melt slightly.
  4. On 1 side of toast spread 1/2 tbsp of light mayo then layer spinach, tomato, cooked egg white with cheese, turkey bacon and finally avocado slices.
  5. Pepper generously!
  6. Spread remaining 1/2 tbsp of light mayo on other toast slice.
  7. Place it on top and dive in!
