Lamb in Vino
- 16 ounces shoulder lamb steaks
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 12 sweet onion, small
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- 2 teaspoons garlic salt
- 34 cup red wine
- 5 tablespoons low-fat sour cream
- 18 teaspoon pepper
- Chop the onion fairly small.
- Chop the cloves the same as the onion.put in your cooking pan with the olive oil onion and garlic.
- Cook for 5 minutes.
- at about the 3 min mark add rosemary Garlic salt and pepper.Add wine and meat, cover and simmer for 45 minutes at 30 minutes turn meat over and continue cooking.
- After 45 min take the top off and simmer 3 minutesTake meat out and put on plates Add sour cream and wisk into liguid.
- cook for 2 minutes and put on meat and serve.
- Recipe can be doubled.
- If more sour cream is need please add.
- The same with spices.
