Microwave Omelet Recipe
- 4 Large eggs
- 4 tbsp. lowfat milk
- 1 tbsp. butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 c. grated cheese
- In 8 inch pie dish, place butter.
- Microwave till melted.
- In small dish, beat Large eggs, lowfat milk, salt and pepper.
- Pour into pie dish.
- Cover with glass lid or possibly plastic wrap.
- Microwave at 70% power for 5 min.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
- Cover and cook 1 more minute.
- Let stand 2 min.
- Fold omelet in half.
- Can add in crumbled bacon, green onions and chives, lowfat sour cream, etc.
