Peppered Pork and Raspberry Salad
- 500g pork fillets
- 1/2 teaspoon cracked pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 mignonette lettuce, leaves separated
- 200g fresh raspberries
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 150g sugar snap peas
- 1/3 cup KRAFT Balsamic Italian Dressing
- Roll pork fillets in pepper.
- Cook in olive oil over medium heat for 8-10 minutes or until cooked through.
- Rest for 5 minutes, slice thinly.
- Combine lettuce, raspberries, onion, and sugar snap peas.
- Drizzle with dressing.
