Peppered Pork and Raspberry Salad

  1. Roll pork fillets in pepper.
  2. Cook in olive oil over medium heat for 8-10 minutes or until cooked through.
  3. Rest for 5 minutes, slice thinly.
  4. Combine lettuce, raspberries, onion, and sugar snap peas.
  5. Drizzle with dressing.
