Beefy Tomato Soup

  1. Prepare soup with water as directed (or with milk if you prefer) in a 3-quart saucepan.
  2. Stir in frozen peas.
  3. Heat to boiiing and stir in rice and beef; remove from heat.
  4. Cover and let stand about 5 minutes or until rice is tender; stir.
  5. Sprinkle each serving with croutons.
