Chocolate Cheese Pie Recipe
- Graham cracker pie shell
- 8 ounce. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. sugar
- Dash of salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
- 2 Large eggs
- 3 (1 ounce.) sq. semi sweet chocolate melted and cooled
- Whipped cream
- Shredded chocolate
- Prepare shell; chill.
- In small bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, salt, and vanilla till well blended.
- At low speed beat in Large eggs, one at a time, till smooth.
- Beat in chocolate.
- Spread proportionately in shell.
- Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 15 min.
- Turn off heat.
- Let pie stand in oven for 15 min.
- Turn off heat.
- Let pie stand in oven for 10 min longer or possibly till knife inserted into center comes out clean.
- Cold then chill.
- To serve, garnish with dollops of whip cream, topping each with shredded chocolate.
- Serve 8 to 10.
