Mom's Rhubarb Custard Pie Recipe

  1. Beat Large eggs and sugar.
  2. Add in lemon juice and nutmeg.
  3. Add in rhubarb.
  4. Pour in pie crust.
  5. Bake 45 min - 400 degrees for 10 min, then 325 degrees for 30 min.
  6. Optional: Add in 3/4 c. raspberries in pie shell.
  7. Pour rhubarb mix over.
