Egg, Natto and Onion with Shirataki Noodles
- 1 bag Shirataki noodles
- 1/4 Onion
- 1 Egg
- 1 bag Natto (fermented soy beans)
- 2 tsp Mentsuyu
- 1 sheet Nori seaweed
- Finely chop the onion.
- Put the shirataki noodles in a pan with water.
- Bring to a boil, and boil for 3 minutes.
- Drain well, and cut up in to easy to eat lengths.
- Mix the chopped onion, drained shirataki noodles, egg, natto and mentsuyu together very well.
- Top with shredded nori seaweed and it's done!

- Try adding any of the following: Nagaimo yam, mitsuba, tomato, kimchi, shio-konbu, green onions, okra, mentaiko, tororo konbu, enoki mushrooms.
- Variation: Also try adding chirimen jako (boiled salty tiny sardines).
- Variation: Try adding stir fried bean sprouts and onion for a nutty flavor!
