BAKER'S ONE BOWL White Chocolate-Chocolate Chunk Cookies
- 2 pkg. (4 oz. each) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, broken into pieces
- 3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter or margarine, softened
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1/4 tsp. CALUMET Baking Powder
- 1-1/2 pkg. (4 oz. each) BAKER'S White Chocolate (6 oz.), coarsely chopped
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Microwave semi-sweet chocolate in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min.
- Stir until chocolate is completely melted.
- Add sugar, butter, eggs and vanilla; stir with wooden spoon until well blended.
- Add flour and baking powder; mix well.
- Stir in white chocolate.
- Drop scant 2 tablespoonfuls of dough, 2 inches apart, onto ungreased baking sheets.
- Bake 13 to 14 min.
- or until cookies are puffed and feel set to the touch.
- Cool on baking sheet 1 min.
- Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
