Cauliflower Parathas

  1. Sprinkle some salt over grated cauliflower and cabbage.
  2. After 5 minutes press and remove all excess water.
  3. Add all other ingredients and mix well, except oil.
  4. Roll a lump of dough and place a tbsp.
  5. of mixture.
  6. Roll paratha and shallow fry it.
  7. Serve hot with chilli garlic sauce or tamarind chutney.
