Broccoli and Cauliflower Salad
- 1 head broccoli, coarsely chopped (omit stems)
- 1 head cauliflower, coarsely chopped (omit stems)
- 1 quart fresh mushrooms, coarsely chopped (omit stems)
- 1 green bell pepper, seeded and finely chopped
- 12 green onions, finely chopped
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 12 cup white vinegar
- 1 12 cups oil
- 2 teaspoons poppy seeds
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Prepare vegetables; mix together and refrigerate.
- Mix indgredients for dressing together and refrigerate.
- Put dressing on vegetables about 1 hours prior to serving.
- Keep in fridge.
