Quick and Budget-Friendly Pizza with Gyoza Skin
- 15 Gyoza wrappers (large)
- 2 tbsp Pizza sauce (or ketchup)
- 1 use as much (to taste) Easy melting cheese
- 3 Wiener sausages
- 1/4 Onion
- 1 Green pepper
- These are the ingredients.
- They all seems to be something that you have on hand, right!?
- The toppings can be anything!
- I used wiener sausages, green pepper and onions.
- This is the "pizza dough."
- Spread the gyoza skins on a skillet just like this!
- Spread the pizza sauce on the gyoza skins!
- Like this.
- Top it with cheese.
- Spread your favorite ingredients on top!
- When the "pizza" is ready to bake, turn the heat on, cover and cook over medium heat!
- It takes about 5 minutes!
- There's no need for oil.
- After 5 minutes, open the lid and check if it is cooked through!
- Done!
- Transfer it to a plate and enjoy!
- It's quicker than delivery!
- These rolls are also made with gyoza skin!
