Sauce for Corned Beef

• 1 cup ketchup
• 2 tablespoons honey
• 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 2 tablespoons mint jelly

1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, mix together the ketchup, mint jelly, honey, red wine vinegar, and butter.
2. Bring to a boil, then remove from the heat.
