Vegetable Minestrone

  1. Heat dressing in large nonstick Dutch oven on medium-high heat.
  2. Add carrots and onions; cook 2 min.
  3. or until crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
  4. Stir in beans, broth, tomato paste, water and seasoning until well blended.
  5. Add cabbage; stir.
  6. Cook 15 min., stirring occasionally.
  7. Stir in pasta; cook 10 min.
  8. or until tender, stirring occasionally.
  9. Top with cheese.
