Hot Chicken Sandwich Recipe
- 3 cans boned chicken
- 3 hard cooked Large eggs, boiled
- 1/4 c. grated American cheese
- 2 tbsp. green pepper, diced
- 2 tbsp. grated onion
- 3 tbsp. minced olives, stuffed
- 3 tbsp. sweet pickle relish mix with mayonnaise
- Spread on large sandwich buns.
- Hard buns work best.
- Wrap in foil keep refrigerated till needed.
- Can be made a day ahead.
- Should be refrigerated at least 2 hrs before using.
- Bake in 325 degree oven for 1/2 hour.
- Serve in foil.
- Makes 12 sandwiches.
