Mac and Beef
- 1 box elbow pasta
- 2 cup water
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/3 box Velveeta cheese
- 1/3 milk
- 1 dash parsley
- 1 tsp seasoning salt
- 1 dash pepper
- bring water to a boil, add butter
- In a pan brown the ground beef
- add parsley and pepper and seasoning salt to beef
- add pasta to boiling water, stirring occasionally
- on a cutting board cut 1/3 of velveeta cheese in cubes
- add cheese to ground beef mixture
- pour in milk and stir
- add pasta to cheese mixture
- garnish with more parsley and serve
