Barbecue Chicken Sandwich
- 2-1/4 qt. KRAFT Hickory Smoke Barbecue Sauce
- 2-1/4 cups GREY POUPON Classic Dijon Mustard
- 72 each boneless skinless chicken breasts (4 oz.)
- 72 rolls kaiser rolls, split
- 72 slices KRAFT CHEDASHARP Pasteurized Process American Cheese Slice
- 72 each leaf lettuce leaves
- Mix barbecue sauce and mustard until well blended.
- Grill chicken 4 to 5 min.
- on each side or until cooked through (170F); keep warm.
- For each serving: Spread cut sides of roll evenly with 2 Tbsp.
- of the barbecue sauce mixture; fill with 1 chicken breast, 1 process cheese slice and 1 lettuce leaf.
