Easy German Potato Casserole

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Mix soup, sour cream and vinegar in large bowl until blended.
  3. Add hash browns, cheese, half the bacon and 1/2 cup green onions; mix lightly.
  4. Spoon into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
  5. Bake 50 min.
  6. or until heated through, topping with French fried onions after 20 min.
  7. Sprinkle with remaining bacon and green onions.
