Yogurt Sauce
- 1/3 cup reduced fat plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 dash (or more to taste) white pepper
- 4 slice tomato
- 1/2 cup alfalfa sprouts
- 4 whole wheat buns, toasted
- 1 lb ground turkey or 1 package lean seasoned turkey burger patties
- In a small bowl, combine yogurt, onions, mayonnaise and pepper; mix well.
- Spread about 1 teaspoon yogurt mixture on bottom half of each bun.
- Top each with sprouts, tomato, turkey patty, remaining yogurt mixture and top half of bun.
