Emerilized Hawaiian Poke
- 2 tablespoons peanut chili sauce
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Ogo seaweed (optional)
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- 2 tablespoons toasted, chopped macadamia nuts
- 1 tablespoon smooth peanut butter
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 pound sushi-grade ahi tuna, medium-diced
- In a large bowl, combine the chili sauce, seaweed, green onions, macadamia nuts, peanut butter, soy sauce, and sesame oil and mix well.
- Add the tuna and gently fold together.
