Health Muffins Recipe

  1. Cook together oatmeal, all bran, shredded wheat and boiling water in a heavy pan till it is a paste consistency.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Cream the butter and sugar in a large bowl.
  4. Add in the Large eggs one at a time.
  5. Blend in buttermilk.
  6. Blend together flour, soda, salt, buttermilk, dates and nuts with the sugar mix.
  7. Add in the paste mix.
  8. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 min.
