Pineapple Upside-Down Cake

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Combine 2 tablespoons melted butter and cinnamon.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Spread into 8-inch square baking dish.
  5. Top with pineapple rings.
  6. Place cherries in centers on rings.
  7. Beat eggs in medium bowl.
  8. Blend in remaining butter.
  9. Add fruit and buttermilk.
  10. Combine flour, baking powder, soda and salt. Gradually add buttermilk to mixture, beating until blended. Spread batter over fruit.
  11. Bake 30 minutes.
  12. Cool on rack and then serve.
