Spinach Dip (Lighter Version)

  1. In med.
  2. saucepan over low heat, add olive oil and minced garlic; saute 1 minute.
  3. Add milk and cheese, stir constantly until melted & well blended.
  4. Remove from heat; stir in mayo & sour cream.
  5. Fold in spinach.
  6. Return to low heat, add lemon juice & spices.
  7. Stir to blend well.
  8. Transfer to an ovenproof dish sprayed with nonstick spray.
  9. Top with more shredded cheese if desired.
  10. Bake at 325 for 15-20 minutes or until bubbly.
