10 Minutes in a Pressure Cooker! Spare Ribs Simmered in Yuzu Tea

  1. Grate black pepper on top of the meat, and let it macerate in the sauce for 20~30 minutes.
  2. Transfer to a pressure cooker, reduce to low heat after it starts steaming, and cook for 10 minutes.
  3. Let it sit until it depressurizes (Place the pot in cold water if you are in a hurry).
  4. Transfer to plates, drizzle the sauce on top, and it is done .
  5. The spare ribs are really tender!
