10 Minutes in a Pressure Cooker! Spare Ribs Simmered in Yuzu Tea
- 400 grams Pork spare ribs
- 1 dash Black pepper
- 150 ml Sake
- 150 ml Soy sauce
- 200 ml Yuzu tea (or yuzu jam)
- Grate black pepper on top of the meat, and let it macerate in the sauce for 20~30 minutes.
- Transfer to a pressure cooker, reduce to low heat after it starts steaming, and cook for 10 minutes.
- Let it sit until it depressurizes (Place the pot in cold water if you are in a hurry).
- Transfer to plates, drizzle the sauce on top, and it is done .
- The spare ribs are really tender!
- This is a dish with the fragrance and citrusy taste of yuzu.
