Mad's Watermelon Basil Mashers

  1. Cook potatoes in large pot of boiling salted water until tender, about 25 minutes.
  2. Drain well.
  3. return to pot.
  4. Mix in cheese and butter.
  5. Mash until smooth.
  6. Add watermelon juice, cream, basil and garlic and stir over medium heat until heated through.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
