Alugedde Kut (Potato Savoury) Recipe

  2. Peel potatoes and cut lengthwise into small sticks.

  4. Smear with salt and keep aside for 15-20 min.

  6. Squeeze out the water and deep fry the potatoes till golden.
  7. 4.
  8. Dry roast red chiles, fenugreek, mustard seeds and asafetida.
  9. Grind with tamarind juice and salt to a fine paste.
  10. 5.
  11. Mix the grnd masala with fried potato pcs and serve warm.
