PHILLY 2 Step Creamy Cheesecake

• 1 pkg (250 g) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese
• 1/3 cup sugar
• 1 tub (1 L) Cool Whip Whipped Topping, thawed
• 9 inch ready-to-use graham crumb pie crust
• fresh fruit or canned pie filling King Sooper's 1 pkg For $3.99 thru 02/09

1. BEAT cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy.
2. Stir in whipped topping and spoon into graham crumb crust.
3. CHILL for 3 hours.
4. Top with fresh fruit or canned pie filling.
