Lettuce and Crabstick Ginger Soup
- 600 ml Water
- 2 Soup stock cubes
- 1/2 tsp Grated ginger
- 1/2 Onion (medium-sized)
- 4 Imitation crabsticks
- 60 grams or so Lettuce
- Slice the onion thinly.
- Shred the crabsticks.
- Grate the ginger (or use pre-grated ginger).
- Rip up the lettuce with your hands.
- Put the water, onion, soup stock cubes, ginger and crabsticks in a pan and bring to a boil.
- Turn off the heat and add the lettuce.
- Residual heat is enough to cook it through.
- It's crispy and delicious.
- Done.
- So easy.
