Lettuce and Crabstick Ginger Soup

  1. Slice the onion thinly.
  2. Shred the crabsticks.
  3. Grate the ginger (or use pre-grated ginger).
  4. Rip up the lettuce with your hands.
  5. Put the water, onion, soup stock cubes, ginger and crabsticks in a pan and bring to a boil.
  6. Turn off the heat and add the lettuce.
  7. Residual heat is enough to cook it through.
  8. It's crispy and delicious.
  9. Done.
  10. So easy.
