Asian Pork with Cucumber Relish

  1. Mix cornstarch, dressing, 1 Tbsp.
  2. vinegar, garlic and ginger until blended.
  3. Heat 1 Tbsp.
  4. oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  5. Add peas; cook and stir 3 to 4 min.
  6. or until crisp-tender.
  7. Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm.
  8. Heat remaining oil in same skillet.
  9. Add meat; cook and stir 5 to 7 min.
  10. or until done.
  11. Add dressing mixture; cook and stir 2 to 3 min.
  12. or until thickened.
  13. Stir in peas.
  14. Combine cucumbers, onions and remaining vinegar.
  15. Spoon meat mixture over rice.
  16. Serve with cucumber mixture.
