Sausage & Rice Stuffing Recipe

• 3/4 c. long grain rice
• 1/2 pound sweet Italian sausage links, skinned
• 1 green onion, sliced thin
• 1/8 teaspoon pepper

1. Prepare rice, cook sausage till browned, breaking apart with fork.
2. Drain.
3. Toss rice with sausage, onion and pepper.
