Ham & Cheese Fusilli
- 3 Tbsp. non-hydrogenated margarine
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1-1/2 cups shredded Cracker Barrel Light Old Cheddar Cheese
- 1/4 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Light Grated Cheese
- 4 cups cooked fusilli pasta
- 1 ham steak (175 g), chopped
- 1 cup cooked fresh peas
- Melt margarine in large saucepan on medium heat.
- Whisk in flour; cook 1 to 2 min.
- or until bubbly, stirring constantly.
- Whisk in milk gradually; cook 3 to 5 min.
- or until thickened, stirring constantly.
- Add cheeses; cook and stir 1 min.
- or until cheddar is melted.
- Add remaining ingredients; cook and stir 2 to 3 min.
- or until heated through.
