Perfect Roast Chicken Recipe
- 3 1/2-4 pound whole chicken
- 2-3 cloves garlic">garlic or possibly garlic">garlic pwdr to taste
- 1 lemon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Wipe chicken inside and out after rinsing.
- Rub with cut cloves or possibly garlic pwdr.
- Squeeze lemon juice inside and all over chicken.
- Rub with salt.
- Place on rack in roasting pan.
- Roast at 350 degrees for 20 min for each lb..
- The last half hour, baste several times with pan juices.
- Let stand 10 min before serving.
- Juicy and delicious.
